Using a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha and Power yoga poses synchronized to breath you are able to build positive energy movements. The focus on the practice is to build heat, burn away excess tension and create purposeful links to your breath.

Yin Yoga is a slower restorative paced flow, incorporating principles of Eastern medicine, energy maps and asanas (postures) held for longer periods. Through positive stress on the connective tissue around a joint we turn on the energy system in the body to help the flow of chi (life force) through the meridians or nadis to strengthen the full body.
Our meditation practices are designed for individual or group offerings either for personal, corporate or family settings.
Deepen your connection to self and others by practicing mindfulness, focused, movement, mantra, spiritual or progressive relaxation meditation techniques with the support of a guided Meditation Teacher. You will gain awareness, achieve mental clarity, emotional calmness and stability, while learning how to gain inner harmony and peace.
